Job Description
Purpose
The Global People Operations Project Specialist is responsible for leading and coordinating global People Operations projects related to HR systems, payroll operations, process improvements, integrations, and operational initiatives across multiple regions and business groups. The role acts as the key coordination point between People teams, Payroll, IT, Shared Services, and external vendors, ensuring alignment, governance, execution, and successful end‑to‑end project delivery in support of Orbia's global People operating model.
