Key Responsibilities - Lead global and regional sourcing activities with strong emphasis on North America to secure components at optimal cost, quality, and delivery performance.
- Drive price negotiations, commercial terms, and lead time optimization with current and prospective suppliers.

- Consistently deliver annual cost reduction goals through value engineering, supplier optimization, and alternative sourcing initiatives.
- Track and report on key performance metrics related to sourcing effectiveness and supply chain health.
- Support new product development by sourcing specialized materials, prototypes, and samples for emerging technologies.
