Job Description
Magic Law Group is seeking an experienced Virtual Assistant specializing in Google Ads management to support the expansion of our referral program. This is a fully remote, contract position requiring proven expertise in managing paid search and display campaigns across the Google Ads platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, build, launch, and manage Google Search, Display, and Performance Max campaigns
- Conduct keyword research, develop negative keyword lists, and optimize ad copy
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize bids, budgets, and targeting for key metrics (CPL, ROAS, CTR, Quality Score)
- Set up and manage conversion tracking, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics integrations
- Perform A/B testing on ad copy, landing pages, and bidding strategies
