Grade 10-12 Math & Physics Teacher
Employer: Oxford Learning Oakville Uptown-Core. Location: Oakville, Ontario. Employment type: Part‑Time. Pay: $19.00 to $22.00 per hour.
- Must reside in Oakville or within a commute from Mississauga, Burlington, Etobicoke, or Milton.
- Work hours: 4:00 pm–8:00 pm after school/evening, some Saturdays 10:00 am–2:00 pm. Commitment throughout the year preferred.
- Position is in‑person; no online teaching. Relocation packages are not available.
- Vulnerable sector screening mandatory.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics or Physics.
- Fourth‑year university students with extensive tutoring experience accepted.
- Teaching certification an asset.
- Strong knowledge of Grades 9‑12 mathematics and science curriculum, including Advanced Functions, algebra, trigonometry, Calculus, vectors, physics, chemistry, and biology.
