**Need to have**
- M.Sc. degree in Automation, Cybernetics, Industrial IT, or a closely related field.
- Academic results reflecting a 'B' average or higher (or equivalent).
- Fluent in both English and Norwegian, and legally authorized to work in Norway for the program's duration.
- Ability to perform technical calculations for control system logic, process automation, signal processing, and system performance analysis relevant to SAS, PCS, and other automated systems.
- Eagerness to spend significant time offshore, gaining hands-on experience in critical operational environments.
