Tuvli, an Akima company, is hiring for a Grant and Contract Program Specialist to support our DoS client located in Washington, DC.
**Pay Range: $142,412.80 - $147,412.80**
**Responsibilities**
+ Drafts and issues procurement documents, such as RFPs and NOFOs, reviews and issues solicitations, coordinates technical panels and reviews, conducts budget reviews and cost analyses, and evaluates applications and proposals. Prepares all necessary procurement-related documentation, such as memoranda of negotiations.
+ Conducts risk assessments and business reviews of applicants and vendors. Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates application packages for compliance. Drafts correspondence to applicants and offerors, as necessary.
+ Drafts grants, cooperative agreements, and contracts.
+ Supports the Grants/Contracting Officers with negotiating award terms.
