Job Description The SOC Validation Engineer is responsible for pre‑and post‑silicon validation of Graphics and SOC IP.
This role involves working closely with hardware, firmware, and software teams to ensure high‑quality design implementation, debug, and performance validation across graphics pipelines and system‑level bring‑up.
Responsibilities
Perform IP and SOC bring‑up, debug, and validation across pre‑and post‑silicon platforms.
Develop and execute test plans for Graphics hardware pipelines, drivers, and display systems.
Utilize FPGA and hardware emulation platforms for pre‑silicon validation and debug.
Analyze BIOS, OS, and driver‑level interactions to identify and resolve common failure points.
Use programming and scripting skills (Python, C/C++, Ruby) to automate test procedures and data collection.
Employ common lab equipment, computer hardware, and network tools for testing and validation.
