Responsibilities
- Trim trees to achieve desired pruning objectives such as crown cleaning, thinning, raising, reduction, restoration, espalier pruning, vista pruning.
- Water and tend to plants, lawns, and gardens.
- Apply fertilizers, fungicides, herbicides, pesticides, and other lawn care products.
- Apply various treatments such as pruning, spraying, repairing damaged areas, and injecting with solution.
- Assess the health of lawns.
- Direct crews who maintain golf courses and surrounding landscapes.
- Examine trees and shrubs to diagnose problems and disease.
