Day in the Life
The Grinding Superintendent is responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing all milling (grinding) operations for Miller projects. This is a hands‑on field leadership role requiring strong technical knowledge of milling equipment, the ability to lead and hold crews accountable, and a proactive approach to planning, productivity, and safety.
