Position Overview
Food World Supermarket is seeking an experienced and dynamic Retail Operations Manager to lead operations for our 176,000 sq. ft. high‑volume grocery store. This role is responsible for overseeing all grocery retail functions including fresh departments, center store, front‑end operations, inventory control, staffing, and financial performance.
The ideal candidate is a hands‑on leader with strong grocery retail experience who can drive operational excellence, maximize profitability, and deliver an outstanding shopping experience.
