This position is responsible for performing a combination of carpentry, painting, building maintenance, repair, and general facility support tasks. The ideal candidate will have experience in building maintenance, painting, demolition, and the use of hand and power tools. Responsibilities: Assemble and fasten materials to construct or repair frameworks, cabinets, doors, floors, and other building fixtures. Build, repair, and install wooden structures and components using woodworking machinery, hand tools, and power tools. Install and repair windows, frames, flooring, trim, and hardware.
