Description (Summer):
To maintain common area grounds, including cutting grass, maintaining flowerbeds, pruning trees, garbage pick-up, sweeping and washing of walkways and roads. This position can continue as snow removal for the winter season.
Essential Functions:
- Garbage pick-up in and around the resort
- Cutting lawns resort wide (common areas, hotel, and property in general)
- Dead head of flowers and ensure beds are weed free.
- Clean up and prune trees.
- Clean up and weed walkways.
- Power wash all walkways and roads.
- Assist Village Amenities Staff in all aspects.
- Maintain a clean, crisp, and professional appearance.
- Be aware of the condition of grounds and any areas that need attention.
