We’re looking for a full‑time, experienced group insurance specialist with strong attention to detail and expertise in data and process management to support the administration of the group life insurance plan. The specialist will also be cross‑trained to perform pension analyst duties when required.
Responsibilities
- Process insurance claims (life, dependents, AD&D) including data validation, document review, and communication with the insurance carrier.
- Process applications for waiver of insurance premiums, communicating with members and the carrier for review/adjudication.
- Respond to insurance inquiries about eligibility, beneficiary or coverage changes, claims and related matters. <...
