Job Description
pubGENIUS is a AdTech startup and we're looking for a Growth Engineer to own the full experimentation loop from infrastructure to insight to implementation. This is a high-leverage, high-autonomy role: you'll build the systems that let us run experiments, instrument the metrics that tell us if they're working, and ship the changes that move the needle on growth.
You won't just be executing a backlog. You'll be generating ideas, validating them with data, and iterating fast.
What You'll Do
Build the experimentation foundation
- Design and maintain the A/B testing infrastructure for our website and mobile app
- Build data pipelines that capture user behavior and surface experiment results clearly and quickly
- Instrument analytics so we always know what's happening and why
Run experiments end-to-end
