At Eataly, this role is referred to as a Front‑End Lead. The Front‑End Lead serves as the liaison between staff and management to ensure the department is fully functional. The Front‑End Lead delegates to, motivates, trains and mentors Front End Cashiers to promote their development. Reports to the Front End Manager.
