What You Do
The Guest Services Manager leads the Front Office Team, supporting and coaching Guest Service Agents, maintaining front office standards, and delivering exceptional guest service. Responsibilities include handling guest transactions—including inquiries, arrivals, and departures—ensuring safety and security of the property during emergencies, and covering night shifts as part of the Duty Manager rotation.
