Job Description
Role: Guidewire Developer
Location: Toronto, ON
- Minimum 3+ years experience in Configuration/integration and Guidewire Implementations in Policy Center
- 5+ years of experience in Java/J2EE (EJB, Servlets, JSP, JDBC, Web Services, JMS, JPA)
- Able to configure/Integrate the applications using XML and GOSU
- Insurance Knowledge specifically Personal Lines Claims and Commercial Claims
- Relational Database and Data Modeling experience
- Solid Java server‑side programming experience with a solid understanding of object‑oriented concepts
- Experience with Scrum or other Agile development methodologies
- Experience with messaging, Webservices and database connectivity
- Strong oral and written communication skills
