Your Mission, Roles And Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee Corporate Credit Cards, including issuance, usage monitoring, payment validation, and delinquency follow-up.
- Administer Company Car Fleet, covering vehicle allocation, maintenance, insurance, and vendor coordination.
- Handle Fuel Card management, including requests, allocation, tracking, and reporting.
- Maintain employee master data, ensuring accurate collection, validation, entry, and regular audits.
- Execute and support payroll controls and related validations.
- Prepare and deliver HR and operational reports on a regular basis (weekly/monthly).
- Coordinate and standardize pre-onboarding processes, including documentation and communication with new hires.
