Job Description
Our client, located in Vaughan, ON, is seeking a reliable, hands-on, proactive full-time Handyman/woman / Custodian to oversee the day-to-day maintenance, cleanliness, repair coordination, and overall appearance of multiple commercial, industrial, office, and residential properties.
The ideal candidate can work independently, prioritize tasks efficiently, and respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies. They are organized, mechanically inclined, service-oriented and capable of handling a wide range of building maintenance and operational responsibilities while ensuring all properties remain safe, functional, professional and well-maintained.
