Qualifications: Trade Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent) is highly regarded. Skills: Excellent knife skills, strong communication, and the ability to stay calm and organized under pressure. Leadership: A natural leader who leads by example, respects their team, and fosters collaboration between the front and back of house.
