The Sherwood Park Crusaders are seeking a Head Coach to help lead our hockey operations and play a significant role in shaping the next phase of the organization’s growth, both on and off the ice. We are looking for a leader who is passionate about developing players, building relationships, and creating an environment centred on accountability, professionalism, and daily improvement. The successful candidate will be expected to become an important part of the organization’s identity within the BCHL and the community.

About the Role
This position is responsible for overseeing the team’s on-ice identity, player development environment, and daily coaching operations.
