The Head — Transformation & Projects is responsible for leading the organization's HR transformation agenda, driving strategic projects, HR digitization, process optimization, and performance excellence initiatives aligned with business objectives. The role oversees enterprise-wide transformation programs including organizational design, workforce planning, performance management frameworks, succession planning, and HR technology implementation.
