Job Description
The Role As the Head of Mortgage Capital Markets at Neo Financial, you will be a leader and pivotal member of the team. You will report to the VP Capital Markets and be responsible for defining and executing a funding strategy to continue scaling Neo’s mortgage business. This is a hands‑on role that requires a leader who is passionate about combining technical skills with building.
What You’ll Be Doing
Own Neo’s funding strategy: develop and maintain the best‑execution (economics) playbook as it pertains to mortgage sales among Neo’s investors.
Allocate committed and funded mortgages to Neo’s investors.
Lead all new lending programs, including strategy and product development.
Develop and maintain Neo’s mortgage policies (e.g., capital management, hedging, leverage).
