This Head of Credit & Risk will lead strategy, analytics, and operational execution across underwriting, portfolio management, fraud, pricing, and collections. This role sits at the center of the business- partnering closely with founders and cross-functional teams to drive sustainable growth while maintaining disciplined risk management.
