Job Overview

As the Head of Finance & Business Controller, you will serve as the chief financial strategist and corporate governance anchor for Clogent, positioned directly above the Finance Manager. You will own the absolute profitability framework, risk mitigation modeling, and capital allocation strategies for the entire organization. Your primary mandate is to deep-dive into the granularity of our financial operational outputs—uncovering, auditing, and correcting any blind spots, leakages, or inaccuracies left by routine financial reporting. You will lead SKU-level P&L tracking, multi-tier marketplace pricing mechanics, and departmental budget controls to maximize net profit while strictly insulating the company against net loss risks
