YOUR MISSION
This role is for a senior manager (Head of Finance & Strategy) and member of Glovo Kazakhstan Leadership Team, who will lead the Finance team and own strategy that will shape the future of our business in the country and beyond
We're looking for someone who has a mix of below:
Operational excellence - to get great work done in every detailCollaboration and negotiation skills needed to deliver results with internal (local departments, HQ finance teams), and external (third party contractors, auditors, tax authorities…) stakeholdersStrategic, innovative and creative thinking that's required to develop outside the box solutions to bring Glovo’s strategy and profitability to next levelManagement skills and emotional intelligence required to lead and inspire a teamTHE JOURNEY
