Job Description
We are seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Head of Finance to lead and manage all aspects of the company's finance function. This is a strategic and operational leadership role responsible for financial planning, accounting operations, tax compliance, payroll oversight, financial reporting, internal controls, risk management, and finance process optimization.
The ideal candidate is not only capable of building budgets, forecasts, and financial models, but is equally comfortable executing day-to-day finance operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing external accounting partners, overseeing payroll and invoicing processes, and establishing scalable financial systems and controls.
