Lead, stabilize, and grow a robust Canada customs brokerage organization of 40+ professionals. Responsibilities
Manage the P&L for Maersk Customs Lead and stabilize CHB operations across the Canada Area. Drive commercial growth in partnership with sales leadership. Strengthen customer relationships to improve retention and satisfaction. Ensure consistent, compliant, and high‑quality service delivery. Improve productivity, cost‑to‑serve, and operational efficiency. Lead with care while intentionally building a high‑performance culture. Drive performance management across teams (objective setting, reviews, compensation). Proactively manage capacity planning and workload distribution. Oversee service metrics and ensure accountability to KPIs. Champion operational excellence initiatives and productivity improvements. Act as the senior point of contact for customs delivery matters.
