Job Purpose:
Smooth running of the entire Manufacturing plant by ensuring 100% compliance, and the safety of people, products, and equipment by ensuring all the laid down policies and procedures to meet the targets. Ensure meeting customer dispatch with high Quality and on-time delivery.

Manufacturing Strategy:
- Plan, organize and manage all the aspects of manufacturing to ensure meet the ON-TIME DELIVERY of Quality products within stipulated costs of products.
- Monitor production schedules and coordinate with all other functions to meet the scheduled targets on time.
- Implement and maintain standard operation procedures and policies to bring standardization of all the processes, which will help in manufacturing quality products within standard takt time.
