The Opportunity A top-performing Layer 1 blockchain project—already a top 10 by TVL—is hiring a Head of Product to lead core product strategy across its protocol infrastructure, DeFi stack, and user-facing applications. This is a rare opportunity to take the reins on a suite of high-impact, crypto-native products with real traction, institutional backing, and a powerful incentive model embedded at the protocol layer.
