We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Head of QA to lead our Quality Assurance practice in Portugal. This role is critical to ensuring the quality of our deliverables and driving new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of QA methodologies, a proven track record of leading QA teams and sales acumen.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and define the QA offer.
- Lead and mentor the QA team, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement. Manage training and continuous learning of QA staff by means of short courses, conferences, meetups, certifications, etc.
- Development of the QA strategy, methodology, discipline and framework. Driving and improving the QA team in areas of automated testing and agile testing
- Focus on continuous QA improvements including usage of appropriate testing tools, test techniques, test automation.
