- Responsible disciplinary head for plant quality teams and for overall plant quality performance per the agreed relevant customer, internal and supplier KPIs.
- The Head of Quality is responsible for defining, leading, and continuously improving the Quality Management System (QMS) across the plant/campus. This role ensures product and process excellence, compliance with customer requirements (e.g., OEMs), and adherence to international standards (e.g., IATF 16949, ISO 9001).
- The position acts as a key strategic partner to Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain, driving a zero-defect culture, customer satisfaction, and operational performance through data-driven quality management and continuous improvement.
