About the Role
:The Head of Terminal Procurement – Latin America is accountable for defining and executing the terminal procurement strategy across the Latin America region, ensuring cost leadership, operational resilience, and strong strategic partnerships with terminal operators. The role leads regional terminal sourcing, contract negotiations, and supplier relationship management, while working closely with Ocean, Network, and Operations stakeholders to support network performance and long-term capacity needs.
This position plays a critical role in managing commercial exposure, negotiating complex terminal agreements, and ensuring contracts are executed with discipline and transparency. Additionally, the role supports ocean investment opportunities through structured analysis and preparation, providing commercial, cost, and risk assessments related to terminal footprint, capacity transitions, and long-term infrastructure options.
