A key member of the healthcare team, Health Care Aides (HCAs) help enhance the patient experience as you work within an interdisciplinary team environment, collaborating on the delivery of care to meet the needs of the patient/clients. Working as an HCA, you will demonstrate genuine interest and respect for our clients and utilize your knowledge, skills, and abilities to competently provide direct client care. Whether it’s aiding with activities of daily living, administering treatments, performing nursing tasks or other activities, you’ll make a difference every day.
