Overview
ROLE SUMMARY: The Health Representative is a science-based sales promotion role with the ability to offer a broader portfolio of content. This role may establish initial contacts and can transfer these contacts to areas of expertise (Account Managers) only reactively. It is not a medical role, but the individual must be expert in the science and value of our products based on the current product document. The Health Representative engages with Health Care Professionals (HCPs) through in-person and virtual interactions (e.g., WhatsApp) and may orchestrate multiple channels (F2F – Virtual) to communicate with professionals of health.The Health Representative is responsible for increasing product knowledge, educating health professionals, and achieving business unit objectives through hybrid interactions with customers.
