JOB TITLE: Health Services Manager
LOCATION: Hybrid – Virtual, Downtown Site (36B Prince Arthur Ave) & North York Site (940 Sheppard Ave West).
FTE STATUS: Full Time (1.0 FTE, 37.5 hours/week)
DURATION OF POSITION: Permanent
REPORTING TO: Director of Community Health Services
STARTING SALARY: $76,00.00 - $80,000.00 + Benefits
