7-week program, 2-hour session plus additional prep/support time (total 3–4 hours weekly)
Work Location
In Person – Durham Community Health Centre (Pickering and South Oshawa sites).
Position Overview
We are seeking dependable volunteers to support the Healthy Movement Healthy Plate program. This role focuses on assisting with program preparation, including organizing materials and supporting weekly sessions that promote healthy eating and active living.

- Prepare and package weekly program materials
- Measure and organize ingredient hampers
