Become a vital part of community health as a Healthy Movement Healthy Plate Peer Leader volunteer in Pickering or South Oshawa. This role focuses on assisting with program setup and engaging participants in wellness activities.
The Durham Community Health Centre is seeking volunteers for a 7-week program focusing on healthy eating and active living. In this role, you'll help organize materials, support session coordination, and engage participants through various activities, including warm-ups and icebreakers to foster a sense of belonging.
Key Responsibilities:
