Job Title: Full-time Supervisor
Rotation: 7days in / 7 days out
Salary: Competitive, based on experience
Caron Equipment is seeking a motivated and safety-driven Supervisor to support field operations for our Timmins Projects. This role reports to the Superintendent and is responsible for the direct supervision of crews, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of site crews.
- Ensure work is performed safely and in compliance with all safety policies and procedures.
- Communicate daily work plans, expectations, and priorities to crew members.
- Monitor productivity, quality, and progress of assigned work.
