An IT Support company has need for an Help Desk Technician. The role focuses on diagnosing and resolving common technical problems, delivering excellent customer service, and escalating more complex issues when required. Duties:

* Act as the first point of contact for IT support queries via phone, email, ticketing systems or remote access tools
