Metalex is hiring Helpers to join our field erection crews across Alberta. You’ll work alongside experienced Journeymen and Crew Leads assembling self-framing steel buildings, foam panel systems, and rigid frame structures for commercial, industrial, and energy clients.
No ticket required. What we’re looking for is attitude, reliability, and a willingness to learn. We’ll build the rest.
What You’ll Do
- • Work as part of an agile field erection crew assembling and installing complete steel building systems
- • Safely transport, handle, and install materials: metal panels, framing components, insulation, doors, roll-up doors, and trim
