Job Description
Take charge of a landmark construction project as a Site Superintendent in Coquitlam with a leading Vancouver Developer-Builder. Oversee a 35+ storey tower with amenity spaces and a wood-frame rental building.
This role offers the opportunity to work with an experienced Developer-Builder known for its local successes over 30 years. You will manage a project that recently broke ground, with the chance for long-term involvement as phase two progresses. Collaborate with trades teams, mentor site staff, and ensure clear communication with senior management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead trade meetings and daily team updates
• Report to the Senior Superintendent and Project Manager
• Mentor site staff, including Assistant Superintendents
• Manage scheduling and trade coordination for the construction team
• Oversee the wood-frame rental apartment project
