Lead highway maintenance initiatives with Ledcor Highways Ltd. in Fox Creek, AB. Your strong leadership and comprehensive maintenance background will drive team success and ensure public safety.
As the Lead Hand, you will collaborate closely with the Foreperson to support the highway maintenance crew. This includes organizing daily tasks, conducting equipment inspections, and monitoring road conditions. Your expertise in supervising maintenance activities will contribute significantly to quality assurance and safety adherence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with daily safety and inspection meetings
• Aid in planning work to meet contract milestones
• Supervise crew performance and quality of work
• Handle equipment on-site as necessary
• Promptly address health and safety issues
Requirements:
• Valid Class 1 or 3 driver's license with air endorsement
• Essential supervisory experience in road maintenance
