Take on the vital role of Highway Maintenance Worker and contribute to roadway safety and functionality. Operate equipment and ensure effective traffic control measures while working outdoors.
As part of the team led by the Foreman, you will ensure safe, well-maintained highways. Your duties include traffic control, emergency responses to road hazards, and keeping maintenance records. This position requires adaptability to inclement weather and a commitment to safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Promote safety culture within the work environment
• Implement emergency responses for accidents and wildlife hazards
• Manage documentation including logs and maintenance reports
• Transport hazardous materials safely during operations
• Inspect and maintain company vehicles and equipment
