Summary: The Solution Intelligence Analyst II plays a pivotal role as the primary owner and key executor of the analytics workstream within a project. Based in Gurgaon, India, this individual is responsible for driving data-driven decision-making by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex client dataranging from customer performance to collection calling metrics-using advanced tools such as SAS, SQL, and Python. Acting as a strategic partner to the Engagement Manager and Client Initiative Leader, the SIA II guides Business Analysts, ensures high-quality deliverables, and structures intricate business problems to enable effective analysis.
