Become a vital part of Fraser Health as a Sexual Health and Blood Borne Infections Social Worker. This role focuses on clinical case management and community collaboration for clients with HIV and HCV.
As a member of the SHBBI team, you’ll provide clinical consultation and education, enhancing care for individuals facing complex challenges. Your expertise will drive psychosocial assessment, crisis intervention, and relationship building with community agencies.
