Home Health PT

Atlantic Care Services is seeking an experienced, compassionate Home Health Physical Therapist to provide skilled in-home therapy to adult patients recovering from hospitalizations and surgeries. The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing medically complex conditions, including cardiac surgery, LVAD placement, heart failure, transplant surgery, abdominal and colorectal procedures, and oncology-related weakness. This role suits a confident therapist who works independently in patient homes, collaborates closely with physicians and clinical staff, and helps patients regain mobility, strength, endurance, and independence safely.

This is a PRN position that pays $100 per visit, plus mileage.
