We are a fast‑growing, leading provider of personalized in‑home care serving patients across Arizona, Colorado, Kentucky, Missouri, Nevada, New Mexico, Tennessee, Texas, and Utah.
Position Details
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Nurse (RN or LPN) located near Torreon, NM, to provide patient care in accordance with a physician‑established care plan. This is a 1099 contract opportunity with care provided at the patient’s residence. The patient requires 24‑hour daily nursing care, with AM and PM shifts on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Each shift is 12 hours.
$7,500 SIGN-ON BONUS—EMPLOYEES MUST WORK A MINIMUM OF 36 HOURS OR 3 SHIFTS PER WEEK TO QUALIFY FOR THE $7,500 SIGN-ON BONUS.
