Minimum Nurse to Patient Ratios (mNPRs) are part of Vancouver Coastal Health’s commitment to higher standards of care across the health system. In British Columbia, mNPRs are developed in partnership with the Ministry of Health, the BC Nurses’ Union (BCNU) and health organizations.
Salary range: CAD $34.20–$42.79 per hour.
