This role supports advanced diagnostics, technician training, repair quality, warranty documentation, and shop workflow to reduce comebacks, improve first-time fixes, and provide leadership within the shop.
Who are we looking for?
+ Previous experience as a Technician, Service Advisor or Dispatcher
+ CDK experience
+ Honda experience is a big plus!
+ Ability to communicate with techs, advisors, managers
+ Team player
+ Process-oriented
